2017: Service can be slow if they start to get busy. I have found quality of meals can be variable and a slight obsession with gluten free. Decent coffee. Avoid Sunday morning/lunchtime as it tends to be packed with those who should not wear lycra!January 2019: Came to Wheathampstead for a post Christmas walk and found they are having a long, long break again. Sometimes this cafe comes over as a hobby and not a business!
